Good Quality, Nice brand - Return System needs to be worked on

Ordered the linen pants, they had a very good quality and looked good, however differed from how I imagined them from the website, which is why I wanted to return them. Yet, the return system is overly-complicated, making it barely make sense to ship it back. Printing out two QR-codes that are just for identification and not even shipment. Then you have to pay for the delivery back (+tracking which is an extra cost) so it becomes quite expensive to return anything (at least from the UK). I think this could (& should) definitely be improved. Otherwise it's a nice brand.
